Our concentric casing system with ring bits represents the latest technology in overburden drilling equipment. This system is particularly suitable for work conditions with gravel and fractured layers, offering outstanding performance and efficiency.

The concentric casing system comes in two variations: the three-piece set and the two-piece set. The three-piece set comprises a central drill bit, a casing shoe, and an expansion drill bit. Meanwhile, the two-piece set consists of a concentric drill bit and an expansion sleeve (formed by compressing the expansion drill bit and casing shoe). By welding or thread connecting the casing shoe to the casing, the root canal gradually slides down as the down-the-hole hammer and central drill bit advance. This drilling tool allows construction at any angle, including horizontal, and can reach depths well beyond 100 meters. Drilling and casing are synchronized for seamless operations.
